"The most profound pilgrimage I can ever make is within my own body."
~ Saraha, 8th century yogi~
Neshamah Yoga and Wellness™ is a unique and holistic approach, which uses a potent synergy of therapeutic tools that continue to produce profound results for my clients.
Yoga, self care techniques, nutritional education, brain and energy balancing exercises, and deeply relaxing guided meditations are combined to create a healing and nourishing experience. These offerings are provided via classes, retreats, and private/small group sessions.
I support the process of slowing down, listening deeply, and coming home to your body. It is this journey inward that reveals the state of inherent wholeness.
Sessions are personalized according to your unique needs, and may include any or all of therapeutic approaches you will find on the about Kendra page.
True healing occurs in a supportive environment, where we make the journey from surviving to thriving. We co-create that environment with proper exercise, nutrition, lifestyle choices, supportive practices, and learning to listen to what your body is telling you. When you are in alignment with your inner self, you will naturally come into harmony in your relationships, and the larger world of which you are a part.
When was the last time you talked with someone about your lifestyle and health and received the personal attention you deserve? I provide a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental environment while we explore what really works for you.
The first step is to call for a free initial 15 minute consultation to discuss your concerns and goals, and get a feel for how I work with my clients. Should we choose to work together, a follow up appointment will be made to discuss your health history in detail, establish goals, and create a plan for lifetime well-being. This one conversation could change your life.
